Refund Policy

Submit the refund requests in written form. We review the requests on a case-by-case basis. If you cancel your order after the landscape estimation report has been completed, we will deduct a certain percentage and refund the remainder of your payment. We may transfer the entire amount if this is not the case.

Limitation of Liability

Landscape-Estimation services are advisory and they help you with project planning and budgeting. There is still room for professional judgment and verification by the client. Our company is not liable for delays resulting from factors beyond our control, such as delays in receiving necessary information, changes in the scope of the project by the client, or unforeseen project complications.

Service Agreement

Turnaround Time: The typical turnaround time for an estimate is 8 to 24 Hours after payment is received. Larger projects or those involving multiple trades may require additional time.
Payment Methods: You can send payments securely through a PayPal credit/debit card or PayPal account. After receiving your project plans, details, and scope of work, we will send you a quote within 10 minutes with a secure payment link.
Confidentiality: We prioritize the confidentiality of our clients’ identities and do not disclose information to other contractors or the public. If you prefer your information to remain private, please inform us in advance. Otherwise, we may use anonymized data for marketing purposes, such as testimonials or sample spreadsheets.
Customer Satisfaction: Landscape-Estimation always prioritizes customer satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with our services, please contact us directly for resolution. We advise against using PayPal resolution centers, as this may delay the process.

Cost Estimation Disclaimer

Labor/Man Hours Count: Labor rates are based on the labor count you provided us otherwise they will be not included.
Cost Estimation Sources: We use RSMeans or Craftsman General Average Price for labor and materials cost estimation. These are average prices and may not include specific overhead, equipment costs, or custom pricing, but if you have special requests we will cater to them.
Adjustable Estimates: The Excel worksheet provided is editable, it allows for adjustments to suit your company’s needs.
Scope Changes: Clear communication is essential for delivering accurate work on time. Any increase or modification in the scope of work, details, or additional drawings may affect the turnaround time. High-quality drawings are recommended for precise estimating.

Dispute Resolution

Direct communication: Our clients can contact us directly if they have any concerns or disputes regarding our services. We strive to resolve issues amicably.
Escalation: If the direct communication is of no use, we may present the matter to a mediator or arbitrator who is mutually agreed upon.
Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which our business is registered. In the event of a legal dispute, the appropriate courts in that state will resolve it.
